Note to our members and audience: We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak in order to respond appropriately in seeking to protect members of our community. As of today, all rehearsals and performances of all our ensembles are proceeding as scheduled, and we will implement best practices and CDC recommendations while staying in close contact with local authorities and state leaders. Chorus members should use their best personal judgment related to attendance at rehearsals. The CDC and VA Department of Health are currently recommending that in meetings the size of our rehearsals that attendees practice social distancing–refraining from direct physical contact with each other. If any of our rehearsal plans change, we will post the changes here on our Facebook page, in the group pages for each ensemble, and via email from the directors.
